2115 FRONT STREET BUILDING (1900)

Several alterations have reshaped this building from its original 1900 Neoclassical style.

In 1916 the storefront housed a Five and Dime store and later Sandsberry Bakery. In the 1940s it housed Klein Clothes and in the 50/60s Frank’s Furniture.

The current façade, done in the 1970s, is a veneer of mixed yellow and red brick with two-story arched openings and fixed windows. Tenants include a mix of professional offices and services with some storefront retail.

The building is located within both the National Register and Cuyahoga Falls Local Downtown Historic Districts but is considered non-contributing due to numerous alterations after 1954.

Since 2020 Magna Wine Boutique has been offering a wide variety of high-quality wine from the street-level storefront and Shelf Life Books strives to make reading accessible and affordable from their lower-level used book store.
