* Email pup photo to events@downtowncf.com BY Monday, December 11th 
* Event will be hosted on Facebook {link below}
* Photos will be uploaded by DTCF Partnership on Tuesday, December 12th 
* Voting takes place Tuesday, December 12th until Friday, December 15th BY 12pm | public voting via "likes" on each photo via Facebook event for Crowd Favorite
* Winner announced on Friday, December 15th after 12pm - winners will be contact by DTCFP directly, please watch for scammers, we will never ask for payment information.

Hello,

Due to the new dog virus circulating and after consulting with several local Veterinarians who recommended not to gather large groups of dogs in public, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's event. We had no way of seeing this coming and we feel this is the right thing to do for the safety of your dog(s). 
 
Although there have been no reports of this virus in Ohio yet, we decided that the risk isn't worth the potential harm as your pups are family.
